Cylinder Head Porting
Import and Domestic cylinder heads. Intake and exhaust port work, combustion chamber shaping and polishing. Custom porting for each application.

16valve-4cyl street porting starting at $185 (import and domestic)
A typical Honda race head starts at $400.00.
V8 porting special - Heads and intake manifold $850

Competition porting is priced per individual job.

Intake Manifold Porting
Custom plenum design, port matching.
All intake manifold porting is priced per job due to so many variances in design and "as cast" conditions.
Typical V8 racing manifold start at $350.00.

Phenolic Intake Manifold Spacers
Available for all 4 cylinder applications. Users see on average 2-3 horsepower at the wheels (FWD cars). The phenolic material has a laminate and can handle 300 degrees F. It helps cool the incoming air/fuel mixture, which makes for a cooler/denser charge and a better burn. It also extends the length of the runner 3/4" for a more consistent cross-section.
